Truststone: Strong portfolio expansion
Truststone Real Estate SICAV, launched last October, has "performed very well", according to Patrimonium Asset Management. The portfolio value climbed by over 20%.

Truststone Real Estate SICAV has increased the market value of the portfolio by almost 15 million since its launch due to new acquisitions and developments in the portfolio, a growth of more than 20%. Annual rental income increased by more than CHF800,000, up 35% from current annual income, according to Patrimonium Asset Management. A capital increase of 25 million is planned in October to support further growth.
The Truststone Real Estate SICAV was launched in October 2020 with five properties and a total of eleven buildings in the portfolio. In recent months, the fund has completed two real estate transactions: In April 2021, the fund acquired a residential and a commercial building in Muttenz (BL) with an estimated value of CHF 11.48 million. The annual rental income is CHF 645,000. In May 2021, Truststone completed the purchase of a mixed-use building in La Conversion (VD). According to Patrimonium, the property is worth CHF 3 million and generates annual rental income of CHF 136,000.
Final negotiations are currently underway for the acquisition of three further properties in western Switzerland - in the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg - in the fourth quarter of 2021. According to Patrimonium, these are two residential properties and one commercial property, with a potential investment volume of around EUR 18 million. (ah)
