SenioResidenz: Capital increase brings in 33 million

SenioResidenz has raised new funds of CHF 33 million in its latest capital increase. The real estate company reports that the issue was significantly oversubscribed.

As part of the ordinary capital increase, a total of 638,868 new registered shares of SenioResidenz AG were subscribed and placed at CHF 52.00 per share, according to the real estate company. The company intends to use the issue proceeds of around CHF 33 million to continue its long-term growth strategy and expand its existing real estate portfolio through acquisitions.

The capital increase met with great interest among investors and was significantly oversubscribed, the company announced. The subscription rights that were not exercised were allocated to Bank J. Safra Sarasin for further allocation to new or existing investors in the company. The company's shareholder base was again broadened as part of the capital increase.

The new registered shares will be paid up on 30 September 2021. After completion of the capital increase, the company's share capital will amount to 117.8 million, divided into 2.56 million registered shares with a par value of CHF 46.10 per share. The first trading day of the new registered shares to be issued on the BX Swiss is scheduled for October 1. The new shares are to carry full dividend rights for the entire 2021 financial year. (ah)
