Capital Bay: Swiss market in its sights
Asset manager Capital Bay has appointed a new Head of Business Development DACH, Dennis Börgel. The plan is to "intensify the approach to institutional investors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland," according to the company.
As the new Head of Business Development for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Dennis Börgel is responsible for product development and raising equity capital from institutional investors in these countries. The 45-year-old took up his position at Capital Bay Group at the beginning of September, having previously headed Business Development & Acquisition at global investment manager Cromwell Property Group in Frankfurt am Main for several years. Bögel was previously National Director at JLL and Partner at Cushman & Wakefield.
Capital Bay currently manages assets under management of EUR 7 billion.
