Akara Funds: Capital increase for the Diversity PK
Akara Funds is carrying out what is now the eighth capital increase for the Akara Diversity PK real estate fund. The volume is expected to exceed CHF 335 million.
The subscription period for the Akara Diversity PK (Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK) issue began on 19 October and ends on 19 November. A maximum of 288,887 new units are to be issued, whereby four existing units entitle the holder to subscribe to one new unit. The issue price per unit is CHF 1,162 net. The issue thus has a volume of more than CHF 335 million.
Akara Funds intends to use the proceeds from the issue to finance the upcoming construction projects of Akara Diversity PK and to expand the fund portfolio with properties from the real estate pipeline. In addition, the investor base is to be broadened in order to increase the liquidity of the securities.
The issue will be carried out on a "best effort basis" as part of a rights offering, Akara Funds announced. The fund management company intends to inform investors of the definitive number of new units to be issued by 3 December at the latest. The new units are to be paid for on 10 December. (ah)
