Swiss Prime Site: Subscription period for first fund underway
The subscription period for the Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial, the first real estate investment fund of Swiss Prime Site Solutions, has begun.
Units in the Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial can be subscribed between November 1 and December 10, 2021; the payment date has been set for December 17. According to Swiss Prime Site Solutions, firm commitments amounting to more than one third of the maximum issue volume (CHF 250 million) had already been recorded before the subscription period. The fund is aimed at qualified investors in Switzerland and is traded over-the-counter. Investors enter at the net asset value at the initial launch.
The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial aims to invest mainly in commercial properties with a high diversification of tenants with high credit ratings and reputations. The long-term distribution of use is to focus on commercial, office and retail space throughout Switzerland. Annual growth of CHF 200 to 300 million is targeted; the fund is to be listed on the stock exchange in three to five years. (ah)
