Implenia: 150 million bond placed
Construction group Implenia has placed a senior bond totalling CHF 150 million on the Swiss capital market.
The bond was issued at par with a term of four years and an interest rate of 2.00%, Implenia says. The issue proceeds are to be used to partially repay the outstanding CHF 175 million convertible bond, which matures on 30 June 2022. The issue makes it possible to extend the maturity profile and further strengthen the company's financing structure, says Implenia.
The bond is to be admitted to trading and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Settlement of the bond is scheduled for 26 November 2021. (ah)
