HSO Fund: oversubscribed capital increase

The Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund has raised new funds of around CHF 30 million in its capital increase.

According to the fund management company, the capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund (HSO Fund) carried out from 11 to 29 October 2021 was significantly oversubscribed and closed with issue proceeds of CHF 30.1 million. A total of 250,000 new units will be issued at a price of CHF 120.26 net per unit. After the capital increase, 1.25 million fund units will be in circulation. The payment will take place on 5 November.

The HSO Fund is currently traded over-the-counter by Bank J. Safra Sarasin; a listing of the fund on the SIX Swiss Exchange is planned by the end of 2023. (ah)
