Fund: SF Sustainable Property Fund seeks fresh money
The SF Sustainable Property Fund intends to increase its capital by up to CHF 96.4 million. The fresh money will be used to finance acquisitions, among other things.

According to Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG, the subscription period for the capital increase of SF Sustainable Property is from November 29 to December 10, 2021. The subscription ratio is 10:1, and a maximum of 765,135 new fund units will be issued in total at a net issue price of CHF 126.00 each. The issue thus has a maximum volume of 96.4 million.
The proceeds from the issue are to be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio, to develop the potential of existing properties and to repay interest-bearing debt, according to the fund management.
The capital increase will be carried out on a commission basis ("best effort basis") as part of a public rights offering in Switzerland, and subscription rights can be traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange from November 29 to December 8. The new shares are expected to be paid on December 17. (ah)
