Hiag: Real estate sales worth 60 million

As part of its divestment strategy, Hiag Immobilien Holding says it has sold non-strategic properties worth around CHF 60 million (fair value) at a profit by 1 December 2021. With the sale of the properties in Aigle, Basel, Biberist, Bremgarten and in the Zurich Oberland, a large part of the planned divestment volume by the end of 2022 has already been realised, the company says.

The new funds would increase flexibility and entrepreneurial clout after the capital increase successfully implemented in November additionally strengthen, Hiag continues. (ah)
