Fund: Akara Diversity PK raises over 330 million
According to the fund management company, the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has oversubscribed its eighth capital increase. The fund will receive CHF 330.75 million.
All units were subscribed for in the course of the issue, which means that there are now around 1.4 million unit certificates of the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK (Akara Diversity PK) in circulation, the fund management company reports. The issue price was CHF 1,162 (net) per unit. The fund has a total of 151 investors, 17 new investors joined in the capital increase. The three largest investors hold around 30%, the five largest investors around 42% and the ten largest investors around 57% of the units.
The new shares will be paid on 10 December 2021 and the proceeds will be used to finance real estate projects and acquisitions. (ah)
