Schroder Immoplus: Issue raises more than 100 million
As part of the capital increase that has now been completed, investors subscribed to new units in the Schroder Immoplus real estate fund worth CHF 102.5 million.
According to the fund management company Schroder Investment Management, all 712,012 new units at a price of CHF 144 each in Schroder Immoplus have been subscribed. 99.3% of all subscription rights were exercised and the remaining units were subscribed by existing investors. The issue volume was reported to be CHF 102.5 million (gross). After the capital increase, a total of 10.68 million fund units are outstanding. The market capitalization increases to 1.7 billion.
Part of the proceeds of the issue will be used for this purpose, the acquisition of two office buildings in Lausanne in the amount of around 70 million. The remaining proceeds will be used to invest in projects and to reduce short-term debt, according to the fund management. (ah)
