Plazza expects high revaluation gain
The Plazza real estate company expects income from revaluations in fiscal year 2021 to be significantly higher than the previous year's level.

As Plazza AG writes in an ad hoc release, it is recording stable operating business development. The listed real estate company therefore expects an operating result at least at the previous year's level of around CHF 20 million. According to Plazza, its focus on mid-price residential properties in central locations has continued to guarantee stability and continuity.
In addition, the company anticipates even higher revaluation income in 2021: Plazza expects revaluation income of more than 70 million, compared with 62 million in the previous year. The key factors are the continuing interest rate and market developments. The further decline in interest rate expectations of real estate investors again led to a reduction in discount rates. This trend had already had a positive impact on profits in the first half of the year and continued in the second half. (ah)
