DHG Group remains on course for growth
The construction and real estate group DHG Holding intends to grow further and expand its property portfolio. The company is currently realising several residential projects, for example in Winterthur.

According to its own information, DHG Holding has invested CHF 130 million in new projects, refurbishments and the realisation of more than 200 apartments in the last two years. In addition to locations in the Zurich conurbation, the company is building projects in other regions of German-speaking Switzerland, such as the city of St. Gallen and Winterthur, where the large-scale Joy project with around 6,500 sqm of rentable residential and commercial space is under construction.
The growth is set to continue: The DHG Group wants to continue to grow and is interested in buying new properties that meet the criteria, says Milos Antic, son of the founder and member of the management. DHG's focus is on housing in the affordable price segment. (ah)
