Implenia sells its stake in GCM

Implenia has so far held 66.67% in Gravière de la Claie-aux-Moines (GCM). The company is a large concrete producer in the Lausanne region and operates a gravel plant there. The buyers are the existing shareholder Walo Bertschinger SA Romandie, Vigier Holding and H 2 M Participations. Walo Bertschinger already held a 33.3% stake in the concrete manufacturer and will continue to hold a minority stake, Implenia says.

The corresponding agreement was signed at the end of last week, and Implenia's operational responsibility ended on 22 December with the completion of the transaction. The parties did not disclose any financial details. Implenia stresses that the transaction will have no impact on GCM employees. (ah)
