The seed financing was carried out by the asset manager Serpentine Ventures and "other renowned business angels", Properti informs. With the fresh capital of CHF 1.25 million, the company wants to further develop its online platform in particular. On the digital end-to-end platform, brokers, homeowners and service providers such as financiers, insurers, painters, removal and cleaning companies are to bundle their business services.

The platform aims to support brokers in completing recurring and previously manual tasks, including the creation of exposés, advertisements on real estate portals and social media, property valuations and prospect matching. A cockpit specially set up for owners will provide data on the current condition of the property, its profitability and information on rental income, market prices, renovations to be carried out and possible investments. Another function of the platform will allow users to obtain a quote directly from a local service provider, for example for craftsmen or cleaning services.

The aim is to simplify the real estate processes for brokers, customers and service providers, says Levent Künzi, CEO and co-founder of Properti. In addition to the brokerage and management of real estate, the company offers additional transactions related to housing. With the money from the seed financing, the technological projects are to be deepened and a product launch on an international level is to be targeted. (ah)
