Von Graffenried takes over Lietreu Immobilien
Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften took over the real estate service provider Lietreu Immobilien at the beginning of the new year.
Lietreu Immobilien AG has been transferred to Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften as of 1 January 2022 as part of a succession arrangement, the company has announced. The previous owner of Lietreu was Patrick Roth. Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften will take over all of Lietreu's current employees at its headquarters in the old town of Berne. The Lietreu site in Muri near Bern was closed at the end of December 2021.
Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften employs around 130 people and provides real estate management, sales, leasing and valuation services in the greater Bern area. (ah)
