Until now, the leasing process has been laborious and time-consuming for tenants and landlords due to the coordination of different parties and analog processes, but now it is to be completely digital via the Flatfox platform, Verit Immobilien informs.
The first contact with prospective tenants is established via the Flatfox platform, and further communication also takes place via it, right up to the formally valid issue of the rental contract. The intermediate steps such as registration, deposit and credit check are also handled via the online platform, according to the company. After a successful pilot test, the digital solution will be introduced at all locations.
According to Verit, the time saved in management amounts to up to 90%. For owners, this increases the chance of seamless follow-up leasing and thus fewer vacancies in their portfolios. (ah)
