Investis bundles the services division
Investis gives the Real Estate Services segment a new structure: the subsidiaries are merged and Michael Stucki becomes the new CEO.

Investis' subsidiaries Hauswartprofis, Privera, Rohr and Analysis Lab, which operate in the real estate services sector, will be merged organizationally. Specifically, internal functions such as finance, IT, human resources and purchasing will be bundled for the division in the future, Investis says.
In the course of the reorganization, there will also be personnel changes: As of April 1, 2022, Michael Stucki will assume responsibility for the division as CEO. Stucki has been a member of the Executive Board and COO of Privera for five years and CEO of Hauswartprofis since February 2021. He will be assisted by the brand managers Andrea Wegmüller (COO Privera), Marcel Troller (COO Hauswartprofis), Patrick Dörge (COO Rohr) and Marc Vonlanthen (COO Analysis).
Dieter Sommer, currently CEO of Privera, and Christoph Ackermann, currently CEO of Rohr AG, will take on a new professional challenge in the summer of 2022, Investis further announces.
The real estate company expects the reorganization to enable the four brands to focus their competencies more strongly on the operating business and customer needs. The division employs a good 2,200 people at 40 locations. (ah)
