Remnex AST expands portfolio
The Swiss Real Estate Commercial Eco investment group of Remnex Investment Foundation has acquired a property in Lyss and is planning further acquisitions.
According to Remnex Anlagestiftung, the acquisition in Lyss (BE) is a commercial property in an "extremely attractive location" in the industrial area of the fast-growing municipality. The property has a gross yield (target) of around 10% and a net yield (actual) of 4.6%. Due to the age of the property, the investment foundation is planning an energy-optimized replacement building in the short to medium term, using sustainable building materials. Commercial boxes are then to be made available to the tenants there.
In order to finance further acquisitions for the Swiss Real Estate Commercial Eco investment group, Remnex will carry out a capital increase between February 1 and March 4, 2022. The volume is expected to be CHF 50 million. The investment foundation goes on to say that there are already some attractive acquisition properties in the pipeline. Currently, the investment group has four properties in its portfolio; the investment return as of September 30, 2021, is 12.5% after the first fiscal year, according to Remnex. (ah)
