According to the Swiss construction and real estate service provider, all newly acquired projects will be planned and executed with BIM, and lean construction will ensure efficient construction processes. Already during the consulting phase, the company was able to introduce optimizations for the benefit of its customers by means of value engineering.

In Kiel, Implenia was commissioned by NGEG and the Frank Group to build two residential and commercial buildings (174 rental apartments, catering) near the main train station directly on Willy-Brand-Ufer.

In Mannheim-Käfertal, Implenia is working in a consortium on behalf of GBG Mannheimer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft to build a high-rise residential building on the site of the former Franklin barracks, currently the largest site development project in Germany. Implenia has already completed several new construction projects on the Franklin site. The 48-meter-high residential building H with rental apartments and studios, a kindergarten, commercial space and community gardens (23,000 sqm GFA) architecturally reproduces the letter "H" - as the first letter of HOME, and three other high-rise projects are designed accordingly.

In Mosbach am Neckar, Implenia is building a new turnkey rehabilitation center with 90 nursing and 50 rehabilitation places for the Johannes-Diakonie according to plans by Bodamer Faber Architekten from Stuttgart.

In Neunkirchen am Brand, in the catchment area of Nuremberg, Erlangen and Fürth, Implenia has been commissioned by BPD Immobilienentwicklung GmbH with the turnkey construction of five apartment buildings (54 condominiums, underground parking). This is the first construction phase of a new residential quarter with around 150 apartments, which is taking shape on the 30,000 sqm site of the former Hemmerlein concrete works. The second construction phase will be followed by the construction of 24 terraced houses ready for occupancy.

In Delitzsch near Leipzig, Implenia is acting as general contractor for a new school with integrated after-school care center, sports hall and outdoor facilities for the district of North Saxony. The project was awarded in a multi-stage negotiated procedure with a prior competitive bidding process. (bw)
