Next issue for SIF investment group
The Steiner Investment Foundation is starting the spring of 2022 with the opening of its Swiss Development Residential real estate investment group.
This is already the 19th issue of the investment foundation for the investment group Swiss Develoment Residential. The subscription period begins on February 28 and ends on April 6, 2022, according to the Steiner Investment Foundation (SIF). The fresh capital will be used to acquire additional projects, the investment foundation said. The transaction management team is already evaluating "extremely promising development projects," with a focus on attractive locations with high development potential.
The year 2021 was very successful, he said, including the acquisition of the Hohlstrasse 190/192 property in the Aussersihl district of Zurich and another project in Oetwil am See, near Lake Zurich, in a green area and close to a leisure and sports center. (ah)
