Procimmo Real Estate increases rental income
The Procimmo Real Estate fund recorded rental income of CHF 31.4 million in the first half of the year. The investment return reached 7.52%.
The rental income of Procimmo Real Estate SICAV increased by 7% to CHF 31.4 million as of December 31, 2021 compared to the previous year. Total income also increased, climbing from 23.9 million to 27.9 million. The investment return over twelve months rose from 6.61% to 7.52%. The Ebit margin also increased. It was 67.22% (Dec. 31, 2020: 64.69%).
The net asset value (NAV) increased from CHF 140.35 to CHF 145.10 per share. Income was 32.7 million (previous year: 29.5 million), expenses decreased to 14.6 million (previous year: 16.1 million). The rental loss rate decreased from 13.74% to 12.24% in the first half of the year. The fair value of all properties amounts to 1.188 billion, an increase of 14% over the last twelve months. (ah)
