Ina Invest describes this as a "game changer". the acquisition of the Ceres Group and the associated purchase of the Bredella development site in Pratteln. The acquisition, with a current market value of around 300 million and annual gross rental income of over 8.6 million, is very significant for the company and offers great potential, the real estate company said. As the closing took place in January 2022, the valuation of the Bredella site has not been included in the 2021 annual results.
The management of the real estate company continues to assess the prospects of Ina Invest on the market as "promising". The accelerated structural change will be reflected in new forms of work and living, and the company wants to provide the appropriate living space. (ah)
