Procimmo 56 seeks fresh money
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 announces a capital increase for April 2022. The fresh money will be used primarily to finance acquisitions.
The capital raising will amount to at least CHF 55 million, Procimmo announces. The company intends to announce further details of the issue when the issue prospectus is published.
According to Procimmo, the capital increase will mainly be used to make additional property purchases for Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56. Part of the funds raised will also be invested in ongoing construction projects. (ah)
