HSL Fund portfolio to grow

Helvetica Swiss Living Fund wants to expand its portfolio and is planning a capital increase in the order of CHF 130 million for this purpose.

As part of the growth strategy for the Helvetica Swiss Living Fund (HSL Fund), the company plans to carry out a capital increase with subscription rights in the region of CHF 130 million in April 2022, Helvetica Property Investors announced. The acquisition of residential properties with a total value of almost 330 million is currently being examined, of which 110 million are already tied up.

Helvetica intends to announce the exact terms of the planned capital increase at the beginning of April shortly before the start of the subscription period. The HSL Fund is aimed at qualified investors and will be traded over-the-counter by Bank J. Safra Sarasin, which will also act as lead manager for the transaction. (ah)
