Mobimo plans a capital increase
In order to continue the growth course, Mobimo intends to carry out a capital increase of up to 10% of the current share capital.

With the capital increase, Mobimo intends to continue the realization of its development projects and grow further - while maintaining its strong equity base. "We have a development pipeline filled with promising projects in attractive locations," says CEO Daniel Ducrey. He adds that Mobimo intends to realize a significant portion of these projects for its own investment portfolio in the coming years. According to Ducrey, investments in the projects for the investment portfolio amount to around CHF 200 million until 2024. The planned target rental income for the investment properties under construction is CHF 7.3 million, while the projects with a planned start of construction in the next two years have target rental income of a further CHF 3.0 million.
As Mobimo announces, the capital increase is to be carried out in the amount of up to 10% of today's share capital while safeguarding the subscription rights of existing shareholders. At the Annual General Meeting on April 12, 2022, the basis for this capital step is to be created with the extension of the existing authorized capital with a simultaneous increase to a total of 660,154 new shares (10% of the shares issued today). The real estate company intends to announce further details of the issue in the coming months. (ah)
