Avobis takes over the credit factory
Avobis acquires the mortgage servicing service provider Kreditfabrik AG via Avobis Invest AG. The company is also expanding its offering for institutional investors.
Avobis announces that Avobis Invest AG will take over Kreditfabrik AG retroactively as of January 1, 2022, together with its customer base and employees. With the acquired customer relationships, the company now manages a credit volume of over CHF 12 billion, further expanding its market leadership. "Avobis is now the largest provider in the Swiss market that can serve pension funds, investment foundations, insurance companies as well as all types of banks as mortgage servicing customers with the solution that suits them best," says Andreas Granella, Managing Director of Avobis Invest.
The company, which holds a license from the financial supervisory authority FINMA as an asset manager for collective investment schemes, also announced plans to expand its investment options for institutional investors to include additional investment products. This will take place in the next twelve months, according to Avobis Invest. (ah)
