SFP Investment Foundation with significant growth in fiscal year 2021
SFP Investment Foundation significantly increased AuM in 2021. The performance of the international investment groups improved.
SFP Investment Foundation increased its assets under management (AuM) by 197.5 to 654.6 million CHF in fiscal year 2021. In the investment group SFP AST Swiss Real Estate Kapital, which invests directly in Swiss real estate, AuM grew by CHF 167.7 million to CHF 385.4 million. A total of CHF 103 million was drawn down and 13 new properties were acquired. The annual target rent increased by 64% to CHF 13.8 million. The investment return amounted to 4.86%, compared to 5.06% in the previous year.
The performance of the internationally investing investment groups SFP AST Global Core Property (Hedged and Unhedged) showed a recovery from the pandemic effects of the previous year. Performance was clearly positive in all three continents. Appreciations in the residential, healthcare, industrial and logistics sectors contributed to this. The AuM of these investment groups increased by a total of CHF 29.8 million to CHF 269.2 million. In addition, Global Core Property was the first product in Switzerland to receive a five-star sustainability ranking from GRESB. (aw)
