The Avenirplus Investment Foundation intends to use the fresh capital to finance upcoming projects. Thus, the funds are to flow partly into secured projects (CHF 20.4 million), into developments from the portfolio (25 million) and into projects in final negotiations (17 million).

The real estate investment group invests in real estate assets throughout German-speaking Switzerland, with a focus on Bern and on residential properties. It prefers locations in cities, agglomerations and up-and-coming municipalities or at transport hubs with public transport, Avenirplus says.

The subscription period for the capital increase runs until May 27, 2022, the allotment is scheduled for May 31 and the payment of the new shares for June 10. The issue price is CHF 1,352 and the minimum subscription amount is CHF 100,000. (ah)
