Procimmo 56 raises 61 million

According to the asset manager Procimmo, approximately 510,000 new fund units were issued. The subscription period ran from April 7 to 22; the capital transaction was completed with the allocation and payment of the fund units on April 29. There are now just under 3.5 million Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 units in circulation.

The fund intends to use the capital of CHF 61 million to purchase additional properties. Part of the funds will also be used for ongoing construction and development projects. At year-end 2021, the fund owned 34 properties in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel and Valais. The total assets of the fund amounted to 513.5 million.

Procimmo considers the successful subscription as a "clear sign of confidence" of the investors towards the fund, "especially against the background of the current uncertain situation on the financial markets due to the Ukraine war". (ah)
