SFP and Viga continue to invest in Denmark
Swiss Finance & Property has carried out a capital increase of EUR 15 million together with the Danish investment company Viga RE. Three transactions were carried out in Copenhagen.
Viga RE has completed three transactions in prime locations in central Copenhagen since the beginning of the year, Swiss Finance & Property (SFP) reports. The properties are valued at €122 million (CHF127.6 million), bringing the total portfolio value to €235 million. It is composed of 19 properties with a total area of 42,500 sqm. Residential use accounts for 82% residential, while the remaining 18% is commercial space. SFP puts the net yield of the portfolio at 3.4%.
In April, a capital increase of EUR 15 million was completed, in which SFP was the sole placement agent. For the next twelve months, Viga RE and SFP are planning new rounds of capital raising with the aim of acquiring assets worth a further EUR 250 million, thus reaching a portfolio value of EUR 500 million. The target is a portfolio value of 1 billion euros, SFP said.
Further, SFP announces that Viga RE has a Chief Financial Officer, Bjarke Frederiksen, since April 2022. Kim Dal joined in March as Technical Director & Asset Manager. (ah)
