Bonainvest records profit increase
Bonainvest Holding achieved an operating profit of CHF 11 million in the 2021 financial year, while net profit increased by a good 14% to 8.5 million.
According to Bonainvest Holding AG, the portfolio value increased by 3.5% to 296.9 million CHF in the financial year 2021. Rental income increased by 8% to 11.2 million. According to the company, total assets amounted to 460.6 million (+7.5%), and net income reached 8.5 million (+14.4%). The company puts the return on investment at 3.06%, up from 2.87% in the previous year. The Board of Directors proposes an increase in the dividend from CHF 1.60 to CHF 1.70.
Bonainvest is aiming for further growth in the coming years: The portfolio size is to increase to 570 million by 2024. The necessary land has already been acquired, and the projects are under development or already under construction, the company says.
The second project is currently under construction in Langnau am Albis in collaboration with the municipality. It comprises 53 apartments suitable for the elderly with Bonacasa services, Spitex rooms, a day-care structure and a direct connection to a nursing home. In Unterägeri, construction work is underway on House G of the Am Baumgarten project. (ah)
