Peach Property expects rental income of up to 117 million

At the Annual General Meeting, Peach Property confirmed its forecasts for the full year 2022: Net rental income adjusted for currency effects is expected to be between CHF 113 and 117 million.

Despite the current market uncertainties, Peach Property confirmed its forecast for the current financial year 2022 based on the business development to date, Peach Property announced at the Annual General Meeting. The company, which focuses on German residential real estate, expects currency-adjusted net rental income of CHF 113 to 117 million and an operating result (FFO I) of CHF 18 to 21 million.

At the General Meeting, which was held on a purely virtual basis, shareholders voted in favor of the dividend increase of 10% to CHF 0.33/share, according to Peach Property. Among other things, they also approved an increase in conditional capital of around CHF 250 million to a new total of CHF 252 million and the creation of authorized capital of up to CHF 252 million. This will enable Peach Property to continue to react quickly to purchase opportunities and to pursue its growth strategy, they said.

Reto Garzetti, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the other members of the Board - Peter Bodmer, Christian De Prati, Kurt Hardt and Klaus Schmitz - were re-elected for a further year. (ah)
