Akara Diversity PK raises nearly 165 million
Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has completed its ninth capital increase with oversubscription.

According to Akara Funds AG, the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has received funds in the amount of CHF 164.66 million. As part of the capital increase, 30 new investors were taken on board. The proceeds from the issue are to be used to finance upcoming real estate projects and for further investments.
The units to be issued were fully subscribed; the issue price was CHF 1,157 net per unit, Akara Funds further announces. According to the fund management, there are now just under 1.6 million Akara Diversity PK units in circulation, held by 181 investors. More than half of the fund units are in the hands of the ten largest investors.
Karl Theiler, CEO of Akara Funds, is lining up a new investment opportunity for the fourth quarter of this year. (ah)
