Realitim III grows to over 100 million
Fundim SA's Realitim III real estate fund has completed its second capital raising and now grows to a volume of CHF 115.78 million.
Realitim III is the third investment vehicle of Fundim SA and was launched in late summer 2021. At the first capital raising in October, CHF 56.5 million was subscribed. The second subscription period began in March this year, and as of June 10, 2022, the total amount of equity subscribed is CHF 115.78 million. In addition to investors who had already participated in Realitim I and Realitim II, new investors have also joined, Fundim says.
As the company further announces, already after the first capital raising the land plots secured at that time have been purchased and the first development costs have been borne. After the second capital increase, Realitim III is looking for investment opportunities in urban areas and agglomerations with growth potential. In the case of project developments, co-developments would also come into question, Fundim said.
The three projects secured by the initial capital injection are located in La Tour-de-Peilz (VD), Prilly (VD) and Chêne-Bourg (GE). In Chêne-Bourg, single-family homes are being built on a 30,000 sqm plot along the Route de Malagnou. (ah)
