Nova Property Fund Management's new office is located at 41 Avenue de la Gare and opens September 1. Heading the location is Michel Burgunder, managing director and co-head of transactions. Burgunder is responsible for acquisitions in the region, Nova Property said. The team also includes Alexandre Sizonenko as asset manager and Philippe Munch as project manager for construction projects.

Sizonenko is a "profound connoisseur of the real estate market in western Switzerland," Nova Property said. He joined the company in 2021 and previously worked for M3 Groupe and Comptoir Immobilier.

Munch has more than 20 years of experience as a real estate project and construction manager, according to Nova Property. Before joining Nova Property, he worked for various subsidiaries of the Bouygues Group and was commercial manager at CKD Claude Kesser Développement.

Marcel Denner, COO of Nova Property Fund Management, calls the opening of the new location an "important milestone" in the implementation of the growth strategy.

According to its own information, the company manages a portfolio in western Switzerland in its own real estate fund as well as through other real estate investment companies and investment foundations that are managed in investment advisory mandates. It comprises 20 properties in the cantons of Geneva, Vaud, Valais and Neuchâtel and has a market value of CHF 430 million. (ah)
