Bonhôte-Immobilier increases assets and earnings

Bonhôte-Immobilier reported a net income of CHF 24.87 million for the financial year 2021/22. The net assets of the real estate fund increased by 3.5%.

As shown in the report for the 2021/22 financial year, Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV recorded rental income of CHF 58.68 million - up from CHF 53.85 million in the previous year. The rent default rate was 3.39% (previous year: 3.52%).

Total income of CHF 59.38 million (previous year: 56.75 million) was offset by expenses of CHF 34.51 million (previous year: 32.29 million). The bottom line is net income of CHF 24.87 million, compared to CHF 24.46 million in the previous year. Total income increased from CHF 23.65 million to CHF 31.94 million.

The net asset value as of March 31, 2022 reached CHF 123.10 per share, an increase of CHF 1.25 compared to 2021.

The fund's EBIT margin was 60.75% (previous year: 62.33%), and return on equity reached 3.66%. This compares with 2.78% in the previous year. (ah)
