Investis takes over Home Service

Investis Holding acquired Home Service as of June 24. The company, headquartered in Zurich-Oerlikon, employs around 150 people and generated sales of CHF 15.5 million last year. Investis is not disclosing the purchase price.

Home Service is mainly present in the cantons of Zurich, Thurgau and St. Gallen, which complements well the existing locations of home maintenance professionals and RohrAG, Investis cites in a statement. Home Service is active in the areas of home maintenance, technical services and garden care.

As Investis further announces, the new subsidiary will operate as an independent company, at the existing location in Zurich-Oerlikon and under the existing name. All employees will be taken over. (ah)
