Capital increase for the PSREF
Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (PSREF) increases its capital by up to CHF 50 million.
Patrimonium Asset Management is conducting a capital increase for the Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (PSREF). The subscription period runs until July 6, 2022.
16 existing PSREF shares entitle to subscribe to one new share. A subscription rights trade will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange until July 4.
According to Patrimonium, the issue price is CHF 152.13 per unit; the issue has a volume of up to CHF 50 million. (ah)
