PSREF raises 50 million
Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund raised the maximum amount of CHF 50 million in its capital increase.
The capital increase of the Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (PSREF), which took place from June 22 to July 6, was fully subscribed, according to Patrimonium. The fund will thus receive new money in the maximum amount of around CHF 50 million.
The funds will be used to repay debt financing, fund ongoing projects and further expand the portfolio, Patrimonium says.
With a subscription ratio of 16 to 1, 336,535 new units were issued at an issue price of CHF 152.13 each. There are now 5.7 million fund units in circulation.
The portfolio of the listed fund has a market value of more than CHF 1 billion. PSREF invests in residential properties in the medium and lower rental price segment, particularly in western Switzerland. (ah)
