Patrimonium Urban Opportunity: Stock exchange listing with CHF 222 million portfolio

Patrimonium Urban Opportunity AG (Paturbo) has been listed on the BX Swiss stock exchange since July 18. Paturbo owns nine properties with a value of CHF 222 million.

The company specializes in the acquisition, development and active management of opportunistic real estate throughout Switzerland. The regional focus is currently on Vaud (43%), Geneva (29%) and Zurich (28%). Slightly more than half of the leasable area of 78,974 sqm is office space (53%), while the remainder is retail (23%) and logistics and industrial properties (24%). The vacancy rate was 6.27% as of December 31, 2021. The portfolio has an average remaining lease term of 7.71 years. Since Q1, there has been a building permit for a further office building in Bussigny near Lausanne with planned completion in 2024. Dividend distributions are not planned in the coming years; instead, the proceeds from the portfolio are to be reinvested.

The company is managed by Christoph Syz, CEO of Patrimonium Asset Management, which also provides asset management services for Paturbo.
