Realstone Investment Foundation buys for the first time in German-speaking Switzerland
For its investment group RIRS, Realstone buys in Basel and in the canton of Aargau for a total of 18.2 million CHF
The Realstone Investment Foundation has acquired its first five residential properties in German-speaking Switzerland. With this geographical diversification, the real estate portfolio of the Realstone Residential Real Estate Switzerland (RIRS) investment group has now reached a value of CHF 193.22 million.
The five properties are located in the city of Basel as well as in Buchs, Künten, Rupperswil and Spreitenbach (Canton of Aargau). The purchase price for the 42 apartments with 3,426 m² as well as 175 m² of commercial space was CHF 18.2 million. The typology of the apartments ranges from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms.
RIRS was launched in March 2020 and now consists of 14 properties in 5 different cantons.
The RIRS investment group is managed by Realstone SA, which manages real estate assets of more than CHF 3.81 billion, divided into two investment funds listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. (aw)
