Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds plans capital increase in late summer
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund aims to raise CHF 40 million. The chapter will be used to develop two properties and complete a new construction project.
The fund management company of the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund, Verit Investment Management AG, has announced a capital increase with subscription rights in the region of CHF 40 million for late summer 2022. The issue proceeds are to be used for the further expansion of the fund portfolio, which is focused on sustainable real estate.
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund invests in sustainable new construction projects, existing buildings and conversions throughout Switzerland. The new funds will be used in particular for the development of the Dohlenweg Zurich and Claridenstrasse Dietlikon properties, as well as for the completion of the new construction project currently under construction - a care center with apartments for senior citizens - in Zizers (Canton of Graubünden). Details of the planned capital increase and the exact terms will be announced in the coming weeks shortly before the start of the subscription period. The capital increase will be carried out subject to developments on the capital market, Verit Investment informs.
The portfolio of the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund currently consists of 28 properties. (aw)
