CS REF Green Property plans capital increase
The fund management of Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Green Property is considering a capital increase. It could take place in the fourth quarter and raise CHF 140 to 170 million.
The capital increase will be carried out in compliance with the subscription rights of existing shareholders. The issue proceeds are earmarked for the further expansion and diversification of the real estate portfolio with a focus on sustainable properties.
CS REF Green Property invests in new construction projects in strong Swiss economic regions. The aim is for properties and new construction projects to meet the requirements of the Greenproperty seal of quality for sustainable real estate. It defines qualitative and quantitative criteria in the dimensions of use, infrastructure, energy, materials and life cycle. (aw)
