Immofonds suburban: New capital increase to raise CHF 43 million
Immofonds suburban launched a capital increase on September 15. It is expected to raise up to CHF 42.6 million.
The funds accruing from the capital increase will be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio newly launched in December 2021 along the investment strategy, Immofonds Asset Management announces. The capital increase will last until September 28 and is to be carried out while safeguarding the subscription rights of existing shareholders. The subscription price is CHF 106.50 net per new unit.
