Investment foundation 1291 plans to raise up to 250 million
1291 The Swiss Investment Foundation announces a capital increase for its Real Estate Switzerland investment group to finance further acquisitions.
According to 1291 Swiss Investment Foundation, the subscription period for the capital increase is scheduled to start on October 10, 2022. The target issue volume of around CHF 250 million is to be used to expand the portfolio of the Real Estate Switzerland investment group. Various, "very attractive" acquisition properties are already in the pipeline, according to the 1291.
Both existing and new investors can participate in the issue. The subscription volume is CHF 100,000 excluding anti-dilution protection and issuing commission, the issue price is based on the NAV as of October 31 plus anti-dilution protection and issuing commission. The payment of the new shares is planned for November 4.
The Swiss Real Estate investment group invests in real estate with residential, office, service, retail or commercial use throughout Switzerland. The focus is on residential use with a target allocation of at least 60%. (ah)
