Fundamenta investment foundation seeks fresh money
Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation announces an issue for the Swiss Real Estate investment group. The volume is expected to be between CHF 75 and 125 million.

The Swiss Real Estate investment group of Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation wants to grow: In order to expand the portfolio, the investment foundation plans to raise capital in October 2022. According to Fundamenta, the target volume should be between 75 and 125 million.
In addition to acquisitions, the funds will also flow into ongoing developments and planned repositioning in the portfolio, Fundamenta says.
The investment group invests directly in properties with residential and commercial use in Switzerland. The share of rental income from residential use shall amount to at least 60%.
The portfolio will be composed of 31 properties after the completion of two transactions in the process of closing; the market value will amount to CHF 500 million after the completion of the development projects. As of June 30, 2022, the residential component was approximately 70%, the investment yield (for nine months) was 3.45% and the rental default rate was 1.4%, Fundamenta reports. (ah)
