Raiffeisen Futura completes capital increase
Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds raised CHF 35.46 million in its latest capital increase, which was only slightly underwritten.
"The capital increase basically met with great interest from existing investors and we were again able to attract new investors as well," says Bernhard Klöpfer, CEO of Verit Investment Management. "The fact that the capital increase was only slightly under-subscribed, despite the turbulent last weeks on the financial markets, confirms our work of the last years." The inflowing funds were used, among other things, for the development of the Dohlenweg Zurich properties and the completion of the new construction project currently under construction - a care center with senior apartments - in Zizers.
The fund units of the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund are not listed; over-the-counter trading is ensured by Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft, St. Gallen as market maker. (aw)
