Procimmo Real Estate SICAV increases net income
Procimmo Real Estate SICAV closed its most recent financial year (closing date: June 30) with net income of CHF 32.3 million. In the previous year, this figure had been CHF 29.4 million.
Rental income increased by 7.5% year-on-year to CHF 64.8 million, Procimmo reports. Total fund assets increased from CHF 1.144 billion to CHF 1.211 billion. Meanwhile, the operating profit margin (Ebit margin) fell slightly from 65.23% to 62.67%, and the investment return from 7.36% to 5.06%.
The leverage ratio decreased from 29.77% to 26.17%, and the rent default rate also decreased, from 14.47% to 13.99%. The vacancy rate was 10.43%, down from 10.81% a year earlier. (aw)
