Hälg Group takes over Gygli + Partner
The branch of Hälg & Co. AG in Bern takes over Gygli + Partner AG on October 1, thereby increasing its presence in the industrial segment.
Gygli + Partner has been active for more than 30 years in the planning, project management and realization of building services installations, especially ventilation and air conditioning systems in industry. The new subsidiary will be integrated into Hälg & Co. AG Berne. The current management team with Gerhard Staubitzer, Beat Wiederkehr and Marco Molfese will remain on board. The Gygli company name, however, will not be continued. The merger will be implemented under the leadership of Hanspeter Moser, branch manager of Hälg & Co. AG Bern, and will be located at Stauffacherstrasse in Bern.
The acquisition marks the third time this year that the Hälg Group has taken over a company. The St. Gallen-based company offers integral facility management and is particularly active in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation and building automation. The group of companies achieved sales of CHF 315 million in 2021. (aw)
